LAU Studio Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

This referral program is open to anyone except current employees and contractors of LAU Studio.

 

2. Referral Process:

  • A referral is considered valid when a potential client mentions your name (or referral code) during their initial contact with LAU Studio.

 

3. Commission:

  • Commission rate: Referrers will earn a one-time commission of 5% of the first month’s revenue for referred clients on retainer projects, or 5% of the total project revenue for non-retainer projects.
  • Minimum revenue threshold: There is no minimum revenue threshold required to qualify for a commission.
  • Payment terms: Commission will be paid within 30 days of:
    • Project completion: For projects with a defined end date as specified in the signed contract.
    • First month’s service: For clients on retainer agreements.

 

4. Disqualification:

  • Self-referrals: Referring yourself  is strictly prohibited.
  • Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to manipulate the program through misrepresentation, fake clients, or other unethical practices will result in disqualification.

 

5. Term and Termination:

  • Program duration: This referral program is ongoing and subject to change at any time with prior notice posted on our website.
  • Right to terminate: LAU Studio reserves the right to terminate the program or individual participation for violating the terms and conditions.

 

6. Disclaimer:

  • This program is offered “as-is” and LAU Studio makes no guarantees regarding the success of the program or the number of referrals received.

 

7. Governing Law:

  • This program is subject to the laws of Florida.

 

8. Additional Information:

  • Tax obligations: The referrer is solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with the earned commission.
  • Independent contractor status: Participation in this program does not constitute employment with LAU Studio. Referrers are considered independent contractors.
